Forming, HF welding & sizing
Discuss the section mix, welding configuration, sizing method and controls for the required tube list.

Confirm finished lengths, end-quality expectations and the cutting and run-out arrangement.
Roll tooling & spares
Agree which sizes need tooling, how size changes will be handled and what spare-parts scope the project needs.

06 / TOOLING & SIZE CHANGES

07 / FACTORY & SUPPORT
Factory and project support.
XFX has its own factory in China. We provide installation, commissioning and technical support. Operator training is usually provided during installation and commissioning; additional short training is agreed separately for a fee. Remote support, documents and spare-parts arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.
The customer bears installation personnel’s flights, meals, accommodation and wages. These costs may be agreed within the contract price; the contract should state what is included.

Does the line include a saw, tooling and packing equipment?
The quotation will list the included equipment and separately quoted options. Confirm the saw, tooling sets and packing arrangements before ordering.
Can we discuss square or rectangular tubes?
Send the exact section sizes, matching wall thicknesses and material so we can review the forming and tooling arrangement.
What support can XFX provide?
Installation, commissioning and related technical support are available. Training is usually provided during installation and commissioning; additional short training is agreed separately for a fee. The contract defines other service arrangements and costs.
