For replacement parts, send the XFX or other maker/model if known, part name, old-part photos, markings or full part number, installation position, drawing, important dimensions and quantity. For a bearing, include the complete marking and suffix when available. A physical sample may later be needed.
One photo, a machine model or similar dimensions alone do not confirm compatibility. XFX can review whether replacement-part support is possible for other-brand machinery.
