TUBE MILL PARTS / BUYER GUIDE

Spare Parts & Consumable Parts for ERW Tube Mills

Find the XFX parts family that matches your equipment, then send the machine and old-part details needed to check a replacement. We can also discuss spare-parts scope for a new tube mill project.

Parts are not universal. Fit and supply scope must be checked against the actual machine, drawings, dimensions, markings, photos or sample as appropriate.

01 / SPARE-PARTS FAMILY

Start with the machine section, then verify the individual part.

XFX lists mechanical and drive parts, HF welding parts, a burr-scraping knife, and cutting-system items. Use the product links below to identify the likely family; the final part still requires a fit check.

Find the right category

Browse the individual product pages for each part's function and the equipment section where it is used.

02 / XFX PRODUCT PAGES

03 / REPLACEMENT IDENTIFICATION

How to identify the correct spare part.

A machine model or one photo may start the discussion, but it may not establish an exact fit. Share as much of the following as available.

Machine & position

Equipment name, model, section and the exact location of the part.

Part identification

Part name, quantity, old part number or marking, nameplate and condition.

Measurements

Measured dimensions, drawing or a physical sample where needed.

Photo set

Whole equipment, installed position, close-up of the old part and markings.

Operating context

Tube and material details where they affect the component selection.

Problem to review

Describe wear, breakage, noise or changed tube quality without assuming a root cause.

Matching comes before a supply promise.

The part and surrounding machine condition may both need review. Replacing one item is not a guaranteed fix for the reported problem.

04 / EXISTING EQUIPMENT

Tell us whether XFX supplied the machine.

XFX-SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT

Start from the project record.

Send the original machine model, purchase or project information if known, equipment section, part name, quantity and clear photos. Add markings, dimensions or a drawing where available.

Even for an XFX machine, an exact replacement is checked against the installed configuration and part evidence.

Send XFX machine details ↗
OTHER OR UNKNOWN MACHINE

Show the installed interfaces.

Send the machine brand and model if known, full equipment and installation-position photos, old-part close-ups, markings, dimensions, drawings or sample. Describe the connection to adjacent components.

Brand or model name alone does not establish compatibility. Mechanical dimensions and the actual machine arrangement must be reviewed before any replacement is confirmed.

05 / NEW TUBE MILL PROJECTS

Plan spare parts alongside the equipment.

If you are buying a new XFX tube mill, ask which replacement items and consumables are appropriate for the selected line, HF welding section and cutting system. There is no universal standard spare-parts package on this page.

Tell us the equipment scope

Identify the planned mill, auxiliary machines and any selected cutting or welding equipment.

Discuss your operating plan

Share important products and whether you want additional inventory for routine maintenance.

Confirm the proposal

Request an itemized parts list with quantities and applicability to the quoted configuration.

Spare-parts scope, documentation and support are determined in the individual project proposal.

06 / QUOTATION REVIEW

Make the part and compatibility basis explicit.

These are buyer review points, not automatic inclusions or fixed commercial terms.

Exact item & quantityPart name, version, count and any associated accessories.
Matching evidenceMachine model, measurements, markings, drawings or sample used to check fit.
Technical scopeMaterial or specification only where needed for the quoted item.
DocumentationApplicable drawings or instructions to be supplied.
Commercial termsPackaging, lead time and warranty terms in the actual quotation.
SupportInstallation or technical guidance, if included for this project.

08 / FACTORY & SUPPORT

Discuss the actual part with XFX.

XFX has its own factory in China. XFX can discuss part identification, remote technical support, spare-parts support and operation or maintenance information where applicable.

On-site installation, commissioning or training may be relevant to machinery projects; no overseas visit or installation service is automatically included with a single replacement part. Confirm service scope in the proposal.

09 / BUYER QUESTIONS

Spare-parts questions

What should I send for a spare-part quotation?

Start with the machine model and section, part name, quantity, clear photos and any marking or part number. Dimensions, drawings or a sample may be needed to confirm the item.

Can XFX discuss parts for a non-XFX mill?

Yes, with sufficient evidence to review the installed machine and interfaces. Please send whole-machine and part photos, measurements, markings and drawings where available. Compatibility is not assumed from the brand alone.

Is the machine model number enough?

Not always. Different configurations and later changes may affect fit. The actual part and installation position should be checked.

Can I send photos of a broken part?

Yes. Include the whole machine, installed position, close-up and any marking. Photos help start the discussion but may not replace accurate measurements or a drawing.

What extra details help with welding or cutting parts?

For HF parts, include welder and tube information plus old-part dimensions. For saw blades, include the cutting machine, blade marking and size, tube material and tube sizes with wall thickness.

Can XFX supply parts with a new tube mill?

Discuss the spare-parts list alongside the selected equipment. The actual item and quantity scope belong in the project proposal.

Will one new part fix the machine problem?

That cannot be guaranteed from a reported symptom. The part and surrounding machine condition may both need inspection before the cause and solution are confirmed.

10 / REQUEST SPARE-PARTS SUPPORT
