A replacement coil must be reviewed against the actual HF welding arrangement before manufacture or supply is confirmed. A machine nameplate or a photograph alone does not establish fit.

Send clear photos, a drawing or sample dimensions where available. Include the installed position and mounting arrangement.
HF and connections
Share the welder brand, model and power if known, plus connection and water-interface information where relevant.
Actual production list
Give each round, square or rectangular tube size with its matching wall thickness, material and planned welding speed if known.
When investigating a welding problem, XFX may need to review the coil alongside the HF welder, related impedance components, setup and operating conditions. This page does not diagnose a fault or promise a repair outcome.

Induction coil buying questions
What is an induction coil used for in an HF welded tube mill?
It belongs in the HF welding section, where it works with the welder to heat tube edges before welding.
Are tube mill induction coils universal?
No. The design must be checked against the tube size, welding position, HF welder and production arrangement.
Is HF welder power enough to identify the coil?
No. Please also provide the actual coil's photos and dimensions, its installed position and connections, and the tube products.
Can XFX discuss a coil for another supplier's mill?
Yes, as a replacement enquiry. Supply and fit depend on reviewing the actual installed equipment and requirement; compatibility is not promised from the brand or power alone.
Should I send the old coil or a drawing?
A drawing or sample dimensions and clear photos help. Let XFX know if an old coil sample is available; the project team can confirm what is needed.
Can coils be included in a new-project spare-parts plan?
They can be discussed with the HF welding configuration. The final quantity and scope must be confirmed in the quotation or spare-parts list.
Should magnetic bars also be checked?
They are related to the welding arrangement. Review them if relevant to your installed setup; they are not automatically included with a coil.
