XFX lists blades for hot saw and cold saw tube-cutting systems. For a replacement, send the cutting-machine details and the existing blade's markings, measurements and photos. We can review the actual requirement before a blade is specified.
A tube mill model or blade diameter alone does not confirm a replacement. Hot-saw and cold-saw blades are separate choices.

Saw blades are consumable parts for the cutting section of an ERW tube mill. XFX lists hot-saw and cold-saw blades for corresponding cutting machines, including replacement enquiries for existing lines.
Selection follows the actual saw machine, installed blade and tube-production requirement. This page does not promise a particular cutting tolerance, tube-end finish, blade life or increase in output.
02 / TWO LISTED BLADE FAMILIES
Hot-saw and cold-saw blades are distinct.
The current XFX detail names both families. The material labels below are taken from that page's product title; they describe the listed blade families, not a substitute for checking a specific replacement.
Cold-saw blade
The XFX product title lists M2 material for the cold-saw blade. Confirm the actual saw type, existing blade dimensions and required supply specification before ordering.
No automatic interchange
Hot friction saws and cold saws have different cutting arrangements and blade requirements. Do not transfer one family's material or size to the other.
The primary detail gives no blade diameter, bore, thickness, tooth count, speed or lifetime values. Ask for the specification of the blade proposed for your machine.
03 / COMPATIBILITY
Match the blade to the installed cutting saw.
Replacement selection cannot be confirmed from only the tube mill model, saw type, tube diameter or a single photograph.
Machine and mounting
Share the saw manufacturer and model, hot friction or cold saw type, and mounting or clamping information where relevant.
Markings and measurements
Provide outside diameter, center bore and thickness if measured, plus any marking. Add tooth count or form where the installed blade has teeth.
Actual production list
Share tube shape, each exact size with its matching wall thickness, material, current or planned speed and desired finished length/end condition.
Cutting problems may involve the saw machine, clamping, drive, synchronization, operating settings or blade condition. A replacement blade is not presented as an automatic fault cure.

XFX also has a Saw Blade Grinding Machine page. It discusses grinding or reconditioning according to blade type and cutting system. Whether a particular old blade can be reground requires inspection; no fixed cycle count or sharpening interval is assumed.
08 / FACTORY & SUPPORT
Review blades within the actual cutting system.
XFX has its own factory in China. For tube mill projects, XFX can provide on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, remote technical support, operation and maintenance information, and spare-parts support.
Service and item scope are confirmed in the individual proposal. A standalone blade order does not automatically include a site visit, grinding service or full saw replacement.

Tube mill saw blade questions
What should I send for a replacement blade?
Send the saw type and model, old-blade markings and photos, outside diameter, bore, thickness, tooth details if applicable, and each tube size with its matching wall thickness.
Are cold-saw and hot-friction-saw blades the same?
No. XFX lists them for different cutting saw systems. Its current product title lists M2 for cold-saw blades and 65Mn for hot-saw blades; the actual replacement specification still needs checking.
Is blade diameter enough to select a replacement?
No. Check the saw type, bore, thickness, mounting, blade details and the tube-production requirement as well.
Can XFX discuss a blade for another supplier's saw?
Yes, as an enquiry. Send the machine and installed-blade information; fit is not promised from a photograph or machine brand alone.
Can every tube mill blade be sharpened again?
Do not assume so. Suitability for grinding or reconditioning must be checked against the specific blade type, condition and maintenance method.
Can spare blades be planned with a new cutting saw?
Yes, discuss them with the saw and spare-parts scope. The final quantity and blade specification belong in the proposal.
What if blades are failing frequently?
Share the symptoms, blade and saw photos, clamping and operating information. XFX may need to review the saw and cutting setup before a cause or remedy is confirmed.
